Welcome to Legal Lens. By downloading, accessing, or using the Legal Lens iOS application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App
Legal Lens is an AI-powered tool that analyzes legal documents and provides:

• simplified summaries
• confidence/safety scores
• identification of potential risks and hidden clauses
• categorized findings and glossary support
• ability to export analysis as PDF, text, or shareable link

Legal Lens is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal advice.

2. No Legal Advice

• Legal Lens is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, and does not create an attorney–client relationship.
• Outputs, scores, summaries, red flags, and recommendations are automatically generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Do not rely solely on Legal Lens to make legal, financial, or contractual decisions.
• Always consult a licensed attorney for legal advice.

3. Onboarding & Personalization
Legal Lens may ask onboarding questions such as:

• confidence with legal documents
• past experience with contracts
• reasons for using the App

Your responses are used to tailor your experience and personalize results.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

• use the App only for lawful purposes
• upload only content you have the legal right to use
• not upload illegal or harmful materials
• not misuse or attempt to interfere with the App
• maintain confidentiality of login credentials (if applicable)
• acknowledge that reliance on outputs is at your own risk

You retain ownership of documents you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them to provide services.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Auto-Renewal
Legal Lens offers free features and premium paid plans:

• Legal Lens Pro — Monthly Subscription
• Legal Lens Pro — Annual Subscription
• Legal Lens Pro — Lifetime Purchase

Paid plans may include:

• unlimited document scans
• advanced AI analysis
• priority support
• ad-free experience
• sync across devices (if enabled)

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple’s App Store, not directly by us.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in:

We do not issue refunds. Refunds, if applicable, are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

6. AI Processing & Exporting
Documents may be processed using secure third-party AI technology strictly to provide services.
You may export Legal Lens results as:

• PDF
• text
• shareable link

If you choose to share results, you are responsible for any consequences of that sharing.

7. Data & Privacy
Your use of Legal Lens is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.
You may request deletion of your data within the App.

8. Intellectual Property
Legal Lens, including design, features, branding, and technology, is owned by us.
You may not:

• reverse engineer
• copy
• resell
• or exploit the App without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Legal Lens is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability
• We are not responsible for business, financial, or legal consequences of reliance on results
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using Legal Lens.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legal Lens, its developers, owners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from:

• your use of the App
• your uploaded content
• violation of these Terms

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
You may delete your account or stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use after updates means acceptance.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
