• Exported outputs generated by the App

When you complete onboarding questions, we collect your answers such as:

• reasons for using Legal Lens

This information is used to personalize your experience and tailor analysis.

1.3 Confidence & Safety Scoring

We generate:

• document safety score
• key risks and red flags
• categorized findings (high/medium/low priority)
• These scores are generated automatically using AI.

1.4 Account Information (if applicable)
If you create an account:

• email address
• optional profile data

1.5 Saved Data

• document history
• glossary entries
• past analyses
• preferences

1.6 Device & Usage Information
We may collect device type, OS version, app usage activity, and analytics to improve performance.

1.7 Payment Information
Subscriptions and payments are handled securely through Apple’s App Store.
We do not receive or store full payment details.


2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:

• detect and highlight risks and hidden clauses
• generate safety/confidence scores
• personalize onboarding and user experience
• provide unlimited scans to paid users
• provide support
• improve app performance

We do not sell personal data.


3. AI Processing Disclosure
Legal Lens uses AI technology to analyze documents and generate insights.
Documents may be temporarily processed by secure third-party AI providers strictly for providing the service.
We do not use your documents to train public AI models.

• Documents may be temporarily stored for processing and functionality
• Users may request deletion of their account and data at any time in Settings

Legal Lens offers subscription plans and lifetime purchase options.

• Annual: $39.99
• Lifetime: $99.99

Plans include:

• unlimited scans
• advanced AI legal analysis
• priority support
• ad-free experience
• sync across devices (if account functionality enabled)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID settings.
We do not directly control subscription billing.

8. Your Rights
You may:

• access, update, or delete data
• delete account & data in Settings
• control personalization settings
• contact us for privacy concerns

9. Children’s Privacy
Legal Lens is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in EU).
We do not knowingly collect child data.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website.
